For International customers:
Free Shipping On Any Order Above 500 NIS.
Shipping rates: Please check at checkout. The rates will vary depend on the weight of the package and according to your choosing (Registered or Fast shipment).
All orders are shipped from Israel.
All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers and insurance to ensure safe traveling and delivery.
Handling package time is usually 7-10 business days, however, due to postal services limitations, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Please consider all shipping or transit time only as an estimate.
Most orders placed Sunday through Friday will usually ship within 48-72 hours.
Orders placed on Fridays and Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that we do not ship orders on Friday and Saturday .
Local customs, Duties, VAT: Some countries might charge fees and taxes on shipments. Please note that such fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at 'Pipe Dream' and they are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.
Order tracking: All orders can be tracked at 17track.net and also on Israel post company .
Please note that we cannot ship to Malaysia, sorry for that.

ההזמנות מישראל נשלחות מהמעבדה שלנו אשר נמצאת בהוד השרון, ישראל.
תעריפי המשלוח:
איסוף עצמי מהוד השרון בתיאום מראש - חינם.
משלוח למרכז שירות הקרוב לאזור מגוריך - 19 ש"ח (חינם ברכישה של 250 ש"ח או יותר).
משלוח עם שליח עד הבית - 35 ש"ח (15 ש"ח ברכישה של 250 ש"ח או יותר).
ההזמנות בדרך כלל נשלחות תוך 1-2 ימי עסקים עם מס' מעקב.
החבילות מגיעות ליעד, בד"כ לאחר כ-2-3 ימי עסקים.
במידה ונבחר איסוף עצמי בתיאום מראש, בסיום האריזה על ידינו, תקבלו מאתנו SMS לתיאום האיסוף. לכל דרכי המשלוח האחרות, תקבלו לאחר השליחה SMS ישירות מחברת השליחויות.
אנו עובדים בימים ראשון עד חמישי ולכן, כל הזמנה שהתקבלה באתר בסופי שבוע ובערבי חג, תישלח ביום ראשון או ביום שני, במקרה של חזרה מחופשת חג, תוך יומיים מיום החזרה לשגרה.
